ViaCore is Border Valley's solution for employee transportation. It integrates shifts, workers, routes, drivers, units and operational tracking from call-up to plant arrival and the post-service record. Know who's coming, who's already on board and when they'll reach the plant.
A plant's shift doesn't start at the time clock: it starts when a unit passes through a neighborhood. When HR, shifts, routes, GPS and transport live in separate tools, the answers depend on phone calls and messages.

Worker experience
Shift and stop lookup, attendance and transport-use confirmation, notices and unit arrival; via app, WhatsApp, SMS or with supervisor support.

Route start, navigation to the next stop, list of expected workers, boarding confirmation and offline operation with later sync.

Operations web
Routes and units in progress, personnel called, confirmed, on board and pending, ETA, alerts for delays or detours, and history by person, shift, route and unit.

The platform tracks service events — boarded, arrived, departed — and preserves evidence of what happened; it does not assume continuous tracking of a person outside the operational flow.

Do I need MaquilaCore to use ViaCore?
No. ViaCore operates as a standalone platform or integrated with MaquilaCore's workforce and operations layers, where boarding acts as a pre-attendance signal.
Does it work with my carrier?
Yes. GPS and geofences on your own or the contractor's units, and integration with existing telemetry and dispatch systems.
Does it track people?
It tracks service events: boarded, arrived, departed. It does not assume continuous tracking of a person outside the operational flow.
How is the service billed?
Comparing units, runs and actual passengers against what was invoiced lets you reconcile the carrier's service with evidence.
