Customs brokers and clients, connected in one place

AduCore is an operations and collaboration platform for customs brokers and their clients. It digitizes and connects the work that happens before, during and after clearance, without replacing the specialized pedimento software the agency already uses.

Agencies don't lack software to transmit pedimentos. The opportunity is in the fragmentation around it: information over email, Excel, PDFs and WhatsApp, data re-entry, inconsistent catalogs, scattered files and manual reconciliation.

Modules that activate as you need them:

A common core — clients, users, references, documents, history and notifications — on which each agency activates the capabilities it needs.

1
Intake & Catalog

Receives, authenticates and validates requests, documents and parts before clearance, with a per-client catalog: tariff code, NICO, units, origin and versions.

2
Operations

Configurable workflows with owners, statuses, SLAs, alerts and management by exception: the team focuses on what doesn't match.

3
Client Portal · Compliance · Connect · Finance

Tracking and self-service for the client, files and auditing, integrations with engines and ERPs, and an expense account reconciled per operation.

Progressive adoption, without replacing your engine

AduCore coexists with Aduanet M3, Darwin/VANTEC, CASA, SLAM and the maquiladora's systems; integration evolves from files to APIs as each case requires.

Frequently asked questions

AduCore is a concept in validation: the modular architecture and MVP are defined and being validated with customs brokers and their clients.

No. AduCore doesn't substitute Aduanet M3, Darwin, CASA or VUCEM, nor does it transmit to government systems: it organizes the work that remains between those platforms.

How does a request come in?

Configurable forms, secure upload, Excel, CSV, XML, email, API or SFTP, with field validation, checklists and inconsistency detection.

With the Client Portal: requests, statuses, timeline, incidents, final documents and history, segmented by plant and legal entity.

The recommended MVP combines the core, Intake & Catalog and basic Operations; Client Portal, Connect, Compliance and Finance are added on demand.
