Does MaquilaCore replace my ERP or my MES?
No. SAP or your ERP runs the company; MaquilaCore organizes the operational and regulatory obligation before the SAT, fed by what SAP already knows and by what happens at the plant.
What results does it target?
Answering requirements with complete evidence, keeping IMMEX balances reconciled, reconstructing operations end to end, and detecting differences, expirations and risks before an audit.
What experiences does it include?
A plant-control dashboard, a valued Annex 24 kardex, an HR backoffice with shift coverage, a supervisor tablet and an employee app with clock-ins and a QR badge.
Does it cover workforce and transportation?
Yes. The workforce layer covers attendance, shifts, permissions and volunteer call-ups, integrated with TRESS or another payroll; transportation can be implemented through ViaCore.
