Where is the product developed and manufactured?
Engineering and coordination are based in El Paso. Manufacturing is arranged with Ciudad Juárez suppliers according to the product, process and volume. This does not mean Border Valley operates its own factory.
Can you start from an idea or an existing prototype?
Yes. We review what exists, identify gaps and define the next stage. Minimum quantities, tooling costs and lead times depend on the design and selected supplier.
What about intellectual property and certifications?
Confidentiality, design ownership and deliverables are agreed in the contract. We identify applicable product tests and certifications and their costs; building a prototype does not mean certification has been obtained.
